See how Inner Atlas actually works.

Scroll through the app one screen at a time. Every screen here is the real app.

The Ways In screen in Inner Atlas: three stacked cards for Journal, Check-in and Intention, with Check-in and Intention ticked.

Ways in

A few small ways in, every day.

Ways In holds three small things a good day can include: your journal, a mood check-in, and the day's intention. In the evening the intention turns into gratitude.

Each one ticks off as you do it, and the seal in the middle of the nav bar fills as the day comes together. You never start from a blank page.

Journal

It listens, remembers, and pushes back.

Write or talk, as much or as little as you want. It reflects back what it hears. No labels, no diagnosis, no rush to fix you.

It remembers across sessions, and it won't just agree with you to be nice. When something doesn't sit right, it says so, and the choice stays yours.

Tools

Fresh perspective, right in the reply.

When it helps, a reply opens a tool beside it: a Compass to choose the next step, a Lens to hold two readings of the same thing, and others like them.

You answer with a tap or in your own words, and your answer stays with the reply it belongs to.

Your emotions

It names what's underneath.

Each reply reads the moment: the mood on the surface and what's running underneath it, with a sentence for each.

Either one can be changed. It's a reading for you to check, not a verdict.

Maps

Every session becomes a map.

When a session ends, what came up settles onto its own map: the quests, values and patterns it surfaced, with a short summary of the day.

Page back through your maps to see where you've been.

Understanding

You decide what's true.

Ideas it forms about you arrive as cards to sort. Place each one Away, Current or Toward, edit it, or mark it false.

Only what you place becomes part of your World, the map of who you're becoming.

Calendar

It carries into your days.

Plans you mention get kept with their dates, and you can shape a whole day when you want to.

With your permission it sits alongside your own calendar, so a reflection can become the next thing you actually do.

Weather

How you're doing, over time.

See how you've actually been over a day, a week, or a month, drawn from what you wrote and never a score it decided for you.

It is a record you can read, so a run of steadier days is something you get to notice for yourself.

Your data

You own your data.

The app tells you plainly how your writing is handled: what is kept, who processes it, and how to leave with all of it.

Export or delete everything whenever you want.

Bring your past writing

You don't start from zero.

Years of writing can come with you: scan the paper journals you've kept, or carry over what another AI already learned about you. Whatever comes in arrives as possibility you meet, not settled fact, so you decide what's true.

Older writing

Scan the paper journals you've already kept.

The real Older writing board in Inner Atlas, with scanned pages arranged into dated groups.
  1. 01Photograph a page, paste a passage, or add a text file.
  2. 02It's read into text and grouped by date. Only the words are kept, not the photos.
  3. 03Send a dated group when it's ready to bring it in.

Bring in a memory

Carry over what another AI already learned about you.

The real Bring in a memory flow in Inner Atlas, with the export prompt, assistant choice, and paste field.
  1. 01Copy a short prompt into the assistant you've used most.
  2. 02Paste its reply back, and name which assistant it was.
  3. 03Bring it in when you're ready.

Yours, and private

Your inner world stays yours.

What you write stays between you and the app. It's never sold, and never used to train outside models. Export or delete all of it whenever you want.

To read what you write and reply, your words are processed by third-party AI providers. They don't keep your writing, and they don't use it to train their models.
