# Terms of Use

Inner Atlas is a private, reflective-journaling wellness app. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), together with the points below and our Privacy Policy.

## Using Inner Atlas

- You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are between 13 and 17, a parent or guardian must consent before you can use Inner Atlas.
- Subscriptions are sold and billed through Apple's In-App Purchase and renew monthly unless cancelled; you can manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.
- Do not upload content that violates the law or another person's rights, and keep your sign-in secure.

## Not medical or crisis care

- Inner Atlas is a wellness tool, not therapy. It makes no diagnosis and provides no treatment or crisis intervention — it signposts resources, and in an emergency you should contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

## Changes

- We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version on this page.
