*Explore your inner world*

# Your story is unique. Start mapping it.

Inner Atlas turns thinking out loud into a living map of who you are and who you're becoming: what you care about, your values, growth, and the projects you're living.

It remembers across sessions, so you stop relearning the same things about yourself.

### Start by placing how you feel.

*An interactive mood field: tap where you are between High energy and Low energy, Unsettled and At ease, to find the word for how you feel.*

## It remembers you, and it won't just agree.

*An illustrative example exchange from the home page, not a real person's journal. "You" is the person writing; "Inner Atlas" is the app's reply. Cards are the tools a reply can open.*

**You:**

Thought I'd check in during lunch, but feel like I don't have the time, a lot going on right now.

**Inner Atlas:**

Let's scope that out, often just seeing your plans on paper helps them feel less overwhelming. What have you got on today?

**You:**

I told Maya I'd draft her client proposal this morning, but I just got told I'm going to need to completely redesign my pitch for tomorrow, so I don't think I'll have time, and I don't know how to walk that offer back. Kind of overwhelmed.

Was up late last night debating messaging Kira. I think closure could be good.

**Inner Atlas:**

It could be right to message your ex, Kira, but the last time you reached out you actually felt more stressed in the days after. Following the trend, this could be less about closure, and more about re-opening a connection that was difficult to close in the first place. Consider: if you reached out and she didn't reply, would that feel like closure, or the opposite?

You're holding two things at work. One is a felt obligation where the blocker is communicating that. Admitting you don't have capacity for a favour isn't a weakness, and sometimes that can actually strengthen bonds with your coworkers. Marcus' brief is Friday 8am, so you've realistically got a few hours of availability. Consider prioritising one, and be honest with Maya or Marcus now, to free up some tension in your mind.

What one thing are we doing now?

Compass card: "Which is the next step to take?"
- Prioritise the pitch, let Maya know you won't have time for her brief.
- Prioritise Maya's brief, ask someone for help with the pitch, or find extra time.
- Draft the message to Kira.
- Take some time for yourself during lunch. Tackle this when done.

Lens card, two readings of the same thing:
- Messaging Kira is a way to close that door and stop thinking about her.
- Messaging Kira reopens that door, and both silence or a reply may increase your tension.

**You:**

Just messaged Maya, felt relieved. Hopefully she understands. Will start on the brief after lunch.

I hadn't considered how Kira's reply would make me feel, I just wanted to say something. I could try to focus on something else.

**Inner Atlas:**

Good, that settles it. Let me know if you do message Kira, and we can chat about it. Picking up the pitch after lunch. What would feel like you-time today?

Calendar card: "Marcus' brief pitch", 13:00 to 15:00.

**You:**

A run could help after work. Less overwhelming seeing it all laid out, but still feeling a little tense.

**Inner Atlas:**

That makes sense. The obligation is gone, but the tension remains. Now that the schedule is freed up, take some time for yourself this lunch break. When would you be able to do that run, any other ideas for post-work?

Anchor card: "A 2 minute regulation practice during your lunch break." (breathe, contact, orient).

Mood reading: tense (Multiple obligations left unresolved piling in the head. The obligations are resolved, but the tension remains.) Underneath: longing (Underneath the logistics, a longing for the connection with Kira. This emotion can be held and felt while still honouring no-contact.)

*Maps*

## Your words become a place.

Your reflections and insights settle into a personal landscape. Revisit a map to the important pieces remembered.

- Goal: Find a standardized routine at work.

### Towards (example)

**Stronger relationships**

- Value: Communication in relationships is valuable.
- Way: Taking on social responsibilities to build them.
- Strength: Able to enter new social situations without hesitation.

- Way: Feedback is objective, not a read on character.

*What you come away with*

## What it gives back.

### Feel it, and see what it's for

Name what you're feeling and the part it's playing, not just that it's there.

### Notice the patterns

See the same things come up across sessions, without being put in a box.

### Keep the momentum

Clear visuals and short summaries make it easy to come back and pick up where you left off.

*Yours, and private*

## Your inner world stays yours.

What you write stays between you and the app. It's never sold, and never used to train outside models.

Export or delete all of it whenever you want.

**Said plainly:**

To read what you write and reply, your words are processed by third-party AI providers. They don't keep your writing, and they don't use it to train their models.
